first i want to say that it shipped and arrived to me in the UK very very quickly and i was so pleased by that, since it was a pretty late last minute (but important!) birthday gift for my boyfriend. considering that it came from the US, i really appreciate that it managed to only take a little less than two weeks. second i want to say that i appreciate the mini refund i received for an over-estimate on the shipping - obviously i would have not really known so i thought that was so nice of this shop. and third, i liked how they emailed me a few times detailing the process of the order. just all around really great service!
