The few times I've strayed from this shop to get a tape for a bit less money, I've ended up with pitch wobble, inconsistent volume, garbled sections, grimey shells, etc. Brian is careful about the tapes he takes in, sends them out clean (probably with new cases half the time), and has excellent taste. Service is top notch. This is how a successful shop is run. Brian's a pro and deserves all the business he can get.
